Lamborghini’s newest iteration of the Aventador is expectedly amazing. Power from the naturally-aspirated V12 has been boosted to 740 horsepower, there is a new four-wheel steering system, the suspension has been upgraded, and the looks are even more aggressive than before. The result is the fastest, most agile, and sexiest looking Aventador yet. But what is the new 2017 Lamborghini Aventador S coupe without a drop-top sibling?
We know Lamborghini is going to be making a Roadster S, but instead of waiting on Lamborghini, we hired professional render artist Pratyush Rout to whip up an exclusive image of an open version of the new Raging Bull.
As you might expect, there isn’t a lot here visually. We fully expect the new roadster will look nearly identical to the S Coupe, just with a lot more headroom. Still, it doesn’t stop the car from looking amazing, and to my eyes, I think the roadster is even prettier than the hard top.
We expect to see an official announcement about the Aventador S Roadster at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Just in time to get orders in for the summer season. Keep it locked here on Grip The Wheel for all the details and photos when they actually exist.
