Christian Moe – Editor-in-Chief

Christian Moe is hell bent on being the most unique and interesting auto writer you’ll find. He continually chases interesting stories and adventures that bring some freshness to the world of automotive journalism. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including Autobytel and Road and Track. After spending years trying to find a site that best suits his idea of the perfect automotive destination, he decided to start his own. Welcome to Grip The Wheel.

He also loves long walks and romantic burnouts by the beach.

Scott Kirkham – Senior Editor

Scott Kirkham has been a writer since he can remember and has a penchant for putting oddball thoughts and ideas on paper and summarily hiding them in a drawer.

He’s been a car nut since his childhood, growing up riding in his father’s first car, a 1967 Mustang coupe and reading everything car-related that he could get his hands on. Yes, he’s the kid who had a picture of a Lamborghini Countach on his bedroom wall, right next to the Farrah Fawcett red bathing suit poster. He’s owned many cars – good, bad or mediocre – over the years, and is always looking for his next forever car.

When he’s not writing about the latest minivans and sports cars he’s usually either writing about beer and spirits, working on one of his novels – all of which seem to be perpetually in rewrite – or traveling.
