Aston Martin’s New Hypercar Gets The Best Name Ever

Aston Martin has just unveiled the official name of its upcoming hypercar collaboration with Red Bull. The new Adrian Newey-design beast is no longer the AM-RB 001, instead it will be called Valkyrie.

Because awesome cars deserve equally amazing names.

To show off the name, and equally killer badge, Aston has unleashed a small clip into the wild world of the internet. The video is just a few seconds of camera panning around a digital recreation of the Valkyrie followed by the name and badge reveal. It’s nothing special, but it does provide us with the best look at the wild aerodynamic trickery happening at the front end that we have seen yet.

We have no other details to share at the moment, but the Geneva Motor Show is this week, so expect lots of great stories and unveiling of new cars over the next week or so. Keep it locked here at Grip The Wheel to see it all.
